Notes regarding property selection:
- We aim for 8-12 properties total
- Preference is given to properties that:
- Must be off-market and listed in the Clubhouse
- Have not been featured on a tour yet
- Have limited availability for showings
- Are close to other properties on the tour
- Have convenient and easily accessible parking
