(1) An active Sales Agent or Broker license.

(2) You must demonstrate an active presence within your real estate market (either through past sales activity, current listings, or a combination of both).

We understand that sales activity and benchmarks will change from year to year, but given it’s not practical for us to re-verify qualifications each year for all existing members, we perform one initial verification to validate your standing within the community. Once approved, you’ll have access to the Clubhouse year after year upon payment of the annual Membership Fee.
